The digital agency SHIFTIN, owner of the web application Comment Picker, is committed to protecting and preserving the privacy and security of application users. Information collected from social networks that you choose to connect to and that is displayed on our services (e.g. your messages, posts, comments, images, advertisements).
User-generated social media content and other content (e.g. messages, comments, pages, profiles).
Social media metadata (e.g. number of subscribers and number of messages).

Purposes

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

Retrieve the complete list of your comments.
Perform a random drawing of a comment.
Choose multiple winners from one or more messages.
Remove duplicate comments.

Transmission

The digital agency SHIFTIN is the sole owner of the information collected on the web application.
Under no circumstances will personal information of the user be sold, rented, or shared with persons or organizations not related to the activities of the digital agency SHIFTIN.
In any case, no personal information will be transferred to any person established abroad, including members of the SHIFTIN digital agency group, without the express written consent of the user.
However, the digital agency SHIFTIN is required to communicate users' personal data to the following recipients: its marketing and web services, as well as employees, third-party providers, and email and SMS providers as part of information or advertising campaigns. It is important to know that in the event that SHIFTIN digital agency is subject to a merger or acquisition by a third party or if it is decided to sell or divest a portion of its business, SHIFTIN digital agency reserves the right, in each of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the personal information collected in the context of this merger, acquisition, sale or change of control. In accordance with Law No. 18-07, users have the right to access, rectify, erase and limit their personal data processed by the digital agency SHIFTIN.

Privacy

The digital agency SHIFTIN implements necessary security measures to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of personal data that is processed.
However, SHIFTIN cannot guarantee that these measures will prevent all risks of disclosure of personal data and will not be held responsible for any security deficiencies, particularly in the case of fraudulent behavior by a third party or if the security defect is due to the user.
No transfer of personal data is planned to countries that do not have an adequate level of protection under current legislation.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
